FAQ
Most dirt comes off with a garden hose and a soft brush with mild soap. Skip harsh solvents, which can dull the finish.

Vinyl will not rot or warp, and the panels lock into posts reinforced for the job. Wood is stiffer board for board but needs upkeep to stay that way.
A solid privacy fence catches a lot of wind no matter the material. Posts set deep and solid are what keep it standing.
