Site Check covers up to 500 linear feet of fence and Property Pro up to 1,000. Extra footage is $0.50 per foot per year.

What does a commercial fence care plan include?
Site Check is two visits a year, spring and fall: a full inspection of your fence lines, gates and posts, tightened hardware, gates, hinges and latches adjusted and lubed, a check that pool and playground gates close and latch on their own, and a yearly safety report. Property Pro is four visits a year and adds minor repairs on every trip, up to 1 hour of labor and small hardware, with no trip charges.
How much does commercial fence care cost?
Site Check is $599 a year (about $50 a month) for up to 500 linear feet of fence. Property Pro is $1,499 a year (about $125 a month) for up to 1,000 feet. Extra footage is $0.50 per foot per year, and 3 or more properties save 10% on every plan.
What is the yearly safety report?
Once a year you get a written safety report on your fence and gates that you can hand to your board, your property manager and your insurance carrier.
Do you service gate operators and keypads?
Yes. Gate and operator service starts at $599 a year per gate, with quarterly service of swing and slide gate operators, keypads and safety sensors. Parts and operator repairs are billed at member pricing. Add it to Site Check or Property Pro, or sign up for it on its own.
Do you take care of fences you did not build?
Yes. Any fence, any installer. Built by us or someone else, we will take care of it.
